Owner and Chef Mayur Nagarale is familiar to many of our La Chaîne members from events at Belle Epoque, the main Sofitel restaurant near terminal 5. Previously, Mayur was Senior Sous Chef at Brasserie Roux and has gained diverse experience in working at various London hotels after moving to the UK from Mumbai in 2002.
