Welcome to the Sussex Bailliage.
The Bailliage covers an area centred on the countryside to the South and east of London, particularly with the resorts along the Sussex coast – the largest being the City of Brighton.
In addition to hotels and restaurants, our professional membership includes vineyards which are well known for their classic method sparkling wines.
Brighton hosted the national Grand Chapitre in 2018.
