The Pony in collaboration with Arthur David is launching the Farm Bus to raise food awareness in the community. The aim is to raise £100,000 to renovate the vintage bus and roll out the programme. Cotswolds Summer Garden Party was a success- even summer showed up and provided a balmy evening in a glorious garden setting.

A four course dinner led by guest chef Steve Shore and prepared and served by students with wines selected and sourced by VC Echanson David Joyce.

Lunch will follow at this Cotswolds favourite near Bristol upon conclusion of the Cotswolds AGM scheduled at 1215PM Prompt!

“You had me at Hello!” This familiar line from Bridget Jones crossed my mind as the waiter proffered the first of three amuse bouche; a miniature savoury doughnut no less!

Taking inspiration from its Indian heritage Prihvi delivers classic combinations with contemporary style. Dishes are presented using a vibrant palette and forward flavours to match. This deconstruction leads to a greater appreciation of the cuisine and gives the Sommelier an opportunity to make interesting wine pairings.

We will assemble at 1230pm and enjoy a lively Bergamot Aperitif before lunch service at 1 pm. The cost will be £100 per member and £110 to non members. There is plenty of room for guests at this Michelin rated central Cheltenham venue.
