The Bailliage de Chilterns covers an area of exceeding pretty countryside and towns in the south of England in the area surrounding the Chiltern hills. It will provide Chaîne focus for members living in this area. It includes some notable dining venues such as Cliveden, Danesfield and The Fat Duck to name a few. Our aim is to provide a varied and exciting programme of events and support our professional members’ establishments.

Situated in the picturesque Berkshire village of Bray, The Hind’s Head has been serving guests, and all manner of visitors, since the 1400s. First established as a hunting lodge then later a coaching inn, it has been a pioneering British pub since Heston Blumenthal bought it in 2004. |
