The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is a member-based international society with over 20,000 members in over 80 countries which brings together both professionals and enthusiasts who share a passion for the culinary arts.

Who can join?

We welcome anyone who has a passion for food, wine, and all things gastronomic! You can join the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs on your own or as a couple. Membership is by personal invitation, and most people are introduced and recommended by friends who are already members.

Types of Memberships

The Chaîne offers two types of membership. Professional Members are those who work in the hospitality industry, such as hotel owners, general managers, chefs, or sommeliers. Non-Professional Members are individuals who have a love for food and wine but do not work in or own a hotel or restaurant—this includes people from all other industries and professions.

Ordre Mondial

The Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs (OMGD) is a branch of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs that focuses on promoting the enjoyment, education, and appreciation of fine wines and crafted beverages. Any active member of the Chaîne can join the OMGD to further explore and deepen their knowledge of wines and spirits.
