Our Professionnel du Vin, Nick Wenham of Albury Vineyard’s is partnering with Simon Drake to put on a special dinner at the Anchor in Ripley to celebrate English Wine Week on Thursday 30th May.
Chef patron of The Anchor and Sorrel, Steve Drake, together with The Anchor’s head chef, Mike Wall-Palmer, have collaborated with Nick Wenman, owner and founder of Albury Vineyard to produce a tasting menu that celebrates the very best of seasonal produce and local wines.
