Mark has become an influential Chef in our area, with periods working at Midsummer House and Alimentum in Cambridge before founding his own restaurant at Shepherds in June 2020.

A recent tasting lunch demonstrated his skills well, and we are looking forward to our visit with the Anglia Bailliage in August.
