Chef/Owner Phil Thompson and his fiancée Marianne started this restaurant in the centre of St Albans in 2013, following a career which included time with Marco Pierre-White and a period with Auberge du Lac at Brocket Hall, where he eventually became Executive Head Chef.

We are delighted to be visiting his restaurant for the first time, and are looking forward to a splendid evening there.
