Philip promoted Susan to Officer Maitre Hotelier in recognition for her ten years professional membership. Susan’s leadership at beautiful Whatley Manor was evident in the seamless teamwork and passion on display from all members of the staff making the event such a delight.

Rikki Weston joined the Chaine as a Young Chef Competition winner and has matured into an accomplished professional at the heart of the Michelin Star culinary experience at Whatley. He is promoted to Maitre Rotisseur.

The Cotswolds hope that their long standing membership of the Chaine inspires their team and encourages new professional membership and could even prompt an entry into the competitions.
