ENTRÉE: Dim Sum Selection • Shanghai Dumpling Pork & Radish dumpling • Prawn Dumpling Fried Cuttlefish Cake • Char Siu Pork Puff Sesame Prawn Roll

MAIN COURSE:
• Dover Sole or Turbot
Filleted fish stir-fried with asparagus, served in its own deep fried skeleton basket.
• Eight Treasure Duck
Slow cooked duck with eight treasure stuffing. Minimum cooking time of 4 hours.
• Crispy Chicken
Marinated whole chicken, deep fried to create extra crispness. Served on or off the bone.
• Sizzling Fillet of Beef Cantonese Style
Tender slices of beef fillet stir fried in a traditional Cantonese style tomato sauce.
• Four Season Beans (slightly hot)
Fine beans stir fried with diced spicy pork. A traditional dish from Northern China.
• Pineapple Rice
Special fried rice with juicy pineapple chunks
• Yee Mein Noodles
Premium ‘long life’ noodles fried with crab meat and Chinese shitake mushrooms.
