This will be a small, intimate event (limited to twelve persons), and booking will start, in January. The menu and wines will, we are told, be a surprise and will be chosen by the chef on the day, according to what he buys, that morning.
The cost will be between £80 and £100, but a better guide will be given before booking starts.
