Festive dinner at The Vineyard, Stockcross

Maître Rôtisseur Tom Scade, Rôtisseur Kieran Bradley and Maître Sommelier Romain Bourger have together created an exciting festive dinner experience for us to celebrate the season at this splendid Relais & Chateaux, 5-red star hotel and spa. Privately owned by the Michael family since 1996, the hotel is renowned for its impeccable service, the three AA Rosette restaurant and the award-winning 30,000 bottle wine cellar. It is always very popular with Chaine members. Reception drinks will be in the California Bar and dinner will be served in the California Suite, as usual. The menu follows, with the wines that have been selected to pair with each course.
