A Summer Evening of Culinary Discovery at Restaurant Fifty Two

As the newly appointed Bailli of the Yorkshire Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, it was a real pleasure to organise such a memorable evening for our members and guests.

We were delighted to have exclusive use of the Michelin restaurant Fifty Two, where Chef Adam and his team delivered outstanding food, drinks, and service throughout.

My sincere thanks also to Otto, a fellow member, for his wonderful demonstration of the art of sabrage, which added a very special touch to the occasion, and to Moira for her continued support.

Most importantly, the event was genuinely enjoyed by all, and it gave everyone a true insight into our ancient guild and the spirit of the Chaîne.
