The Chaine des Rotisseurs Yorkshire, along with their esteemed guests, will gather for a distinguished Diner Amical at The Rise Restaurant, located within The Grand Hotel in York, on the evening of August 5th. This gathering offers a unique chance for members and their guests to enjoy an exceptional dining experience in the company of Philip Evins, Bailli Délégué de Grande Bretagne and member of the Conseil Magistral. The evening has been thoughtfully organized by Philip under the auspices of the Bailliage de Grande Bretagne. We are also honored to welcome his wife, Janet, our Conseiller Gastronomique, whose dedication and expertise greatly enhance our association.

An Evening of Fine Food and Wine

The evening will commence with a glass of English sparkling wine, setting a celebratory tone for this special occasion. Following this, guests will be treated to a menu personally crafted for the event, with each course expertly paired with fine wines selected by Philip to complement and elevate the flavors of the meal.
