Dinner at Hotel du Vin, Cambridge

The beautiful building on Trumpington Street, which dates back in part to medieval times, has been transformed to enhance its many quirky architectural features. Boasting forty one bedrooms and suites, some with private terraces, along with the Hotel du Vin trademark monsoon showers and Egyptian Linen. The French style Bistro with a modern edge houses the first Hotel du Vin open style kitchen while the bar is set in the unusual labyrinth of vaulted cellar rooms. There is a library and specialist wine tasting room and a private dining room.
