Our Chilterns member Mary Galer, GM at Wilding, has come to our aid at short notice to help with our first event of the year. As you will see it is quite different to a normal Chaine menu as we have sharing plates!
Head Chefs Michael Carr and Ben Wood bring to Oxford many years of Michelin cooking experience and a dedication to their seasonally led modern British menu.
Founder & Wine Director of Wilding Kent Barker’s first passion is wine which is why you will find such a vast and varied wine list at the venue. The whole team have collaborated to bring us a wonderful experience.
