Ladies Lunch

Our lady members are again invited to this unique 18th century coaching inn, situated between Winchester Cathedral and the famous college, named after William of Wykeham, the 14th century Bishop who founded Winchester College.
As usual, the lunch will take place in the private dining room on the first floor (please ask a member of staff for directions). General Manager and Maître Restaurateur, Jon Howard has organised a great luncheon with an interesting menu from Head Chef, Luke Emmess. There is a choice for each course that you are asked to make in advance. The attached booking form is set up for your convenience in this regard.
Parking is never easy in Winchester and, while there is on-street parking near to this pub, it may be easier to park in one of the many car parks around the city or go for ‘park and ride’.
Lady non-member guests are welcome, and Janet Evins has kindly agreed to host the lunch again this year.
Price is £55 members and £60 guests.

As in prior years, an informal gathering over casual lunch for gentlemen will be held at The Plough in Sparsholt from around 12:45pm. If anybody wants to join me there, just let me know in email. There is no booking process and we will pay the pub individually on the day.
