I am sure you all will share with me a sense of deep loss and sadness at the passing of the late Queen Elizabeth who has certainly been a constant presence during my lifetime and somebody who I admired for her amazing service to others.

Her life of dedication to this country is without parallel and we all share a sense of loss today.

Our thoughts are with her family at this sad time.
