Our target has been to create a modern, easy-to-use website through which any member or prospective member can quickly find out what is going on in the Chaîne anywhere in the country.

We want to bring more visibility to our member restaurants, and to raise awareness about our Young Commis Chefs and Young Sommeliers Competitions.

The site has been designed to give you all you need to know about the Chaîne here in Britain whether a member, a prospective member or a visitor.

Features include a listing of our member restaurants, a regular survey of topical issues, menus and features of our members restaurants, news from the regional bailliages and much more.

Most importantly, you will be able to see all our future events, either by individual bailliage or for the whole country, so that you can plan your diaries well in advance.
