Pre-Christmas Dinner at the Royal Berkshire Hotel

Head Chef Jamie Brown has been with the Royal Berkshire since 2012 where launched the restaurant ‘Fork’. He has previously been at Pennyhill Park with Michael Wignall. He left to cater for the RFU Six Nations tournament, preparing all the meals for the England rugby team. He returned to Pennyhill, then to Fanhams and eventually to His love of fresh, clean tasting dishes, and training his staff still continue, and this is evident in his final product.
