Pan fried king scallops on mango, tomato, lime and pine nut salsa with watercress crème fraiche

Trio of crab: fresh Cornish crab and avocado timbale; Thai crab cake; brandy crab bisque

Char grilled rib steak with creamed Stilton, tomato jam and red wine jus

Breast of Gressingham duck in a puff pastry case of creamed leeks and spinach with wholegrain mustard sauce

Peach and raspberry crumble, brown sugar and cinnamon roasted peach served with vanilla ice cream and raspberry purée

Brioche summer pudding garnished with summer fruits, blackcurrant sorbet and Chantilly cream
