Dinner with Prof David Foskett and his team of students
Thames Valley Revisit University of West London.
Formally, Thames Valley University, UWL hosted the chaine again but with a difference as it was held in conjunction with Academy of Culinary Arts and their Director John Williams OBE, Executive Chef for The Ritz designed the very classical menu and supervised the students in the kitchen.
At the end of the evening the Keith Perry Memorial trophy was presented to Demi-Leigh Lenham, who is a very focused and enthusiastic young learner. The trophy is dedicated to a front of house student in memory of Keith who was Thames Valley’s VC Gastronomique.
