For the first time, Thames Valley Bailliage are hosting a dinner at the Lakeside Restaurant of the School of Business Studies of Surrey University and invite you to join your friends for an evening of skill, fun and catering excellence.
We have a tradition of supporting colleges who are training and developing the future chefs, waiters and managers to the high standard the hospitality industry really needs. The menu and wines have been especially selected for us, where possible, using locally grown or produced products. The menu reflects the best traditions of the Chaîne in offering something unusual and is exceptional value. The maximum number of covers we can seat is 40, so please book as soon as you can.
Please note that we will be taking a collection for the students, our usual practice at College events.
