The next Yorkshire Bailliage dinner will be held at Restaurant Fifty Two in Rudding Park Hotel, Harrogate, and will feature a menu by Michelin-starred Chef Adam Dregg with drinks pairings. Guests will also enjoy a guided tour of the 52 raised garden beds, highlighting the herbs and produce used in the menu.
The evening will begin with a sabrage demonstration by Maître Sommelier Otto, followed by a convivial dinner hosted by Chef Adam and his team. A very special accommodation rate is available for members and guests travelling to attend.
