To preserve authenticity, all of our spices are sourced from within Asia, while our menus update seasonally to reflect local produce at its best. Overseen by Executive Chef Daren Liew, the menu delivers the essence of Southeast Asia, elevated to new and innovative heights. The best local ingredients are sourced from Hampshire, the New Forest and the Isle of Wight, and further enhanced with spices imported from Malaysia, China and Thailand.
