The International Young Sommeliers Competition
21st October 2026
The 2026 International Young Sommeliers Competition will take place in Verona from the 21st to 24th October
The outline of the programme is:
• Wednesday 21st: Competitors arrive during the day with an informal dinner in the evening.
• Thursday 22nd: All day visit to the vineyards with a formal Welcoming Dinner in the evening.
• Friday 23rd: Semi-Final all day with a dinner in the evening.
• Saturday 24th: Final in the morning. Gala Awards Evening including the presentation of the awards, the Induction Ceremony and the Gala Dinner.
• Sunday 25th: Everyone departs for home.
