Established in 1988 by renowned chef, Anton Mosimann, and now led by his sons Philipp and Mark Mosimann, the club reflects a commitment to excellence. The menu, inspired by the philosophy of cuisine naturelle, celebrates the integrity and natural flavours of the finest ingredients.
