Basingstoke College of Technology (BCOT) – Dinner

The Restaurant is run by BCoT’s Hospitality and Catering students, giving them the opportunity to learn, practice and master skills in a state-of-the-art, industry standard kitchen. Preparing, cooking and serving fine dining food is an integral part of their course and it allows them to prepare for the exciting and challenging industry they have chosen to join. Many of our former students now own or manage renowned restaurants and return to the college to share their experiences of the industry.
