Fine Dining in Space

No, not a future Chaîne event! France’s next astronaut to the International Space Station, Sophie Adenot, will have a specially designed gourmet menu created by Michelin-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic, featuring dishes like foie gras and lobster bisque. This unique menu aims to bring a taste of French culture to space and help Adenot feel connected to her roots while in orbit. The meals must meet strict space food regulations, and such personalized dishes are part of special “bonus meals” to boost morale and crew bonding during missions.

Members of the London City Bailliage enjoyed an exclusive 2 Michelin Star Lunch at ‘La Dame de Pic’ in September 2024. An event that still provides attendees with fond memories of an exceptional dining experience.
