Chaîne Membership
Membership of the Chaîne has many benefits locally in the area in which members live. Additionally, it also allows you to be part of the Chaîne’s international network and participate in Chaîne events and activities in different countries across the globe.
Many members plan holidays around access to Chaîne restaurants or Chaîne events where they know they will receive a warm welcome and the best of hospitality. Even if you move home, your membership is transferable.
With the increase in travel and of eating out of recent years the need for an organisation such as the Chaîne grows in importance to discerning people.
The Chaîne also offers members the opportunity to join the Ordre Mondial, whose principal goal is to promote and enhance the enjoyment of fine wines and quality spirits.
Competitions
As cuisine and fine dining are a focal point within the Chaîne, our society supports and promotes the future of young chefs and sommeliers worldwide through our Young Chefs Competition and Young Sommeliers Competition. It provides them with the opportunity to develop and demonstrate their skills. Competitions are held annually at regional, national and international levels.
