Johan de Sousa, Demi Chef de Partie at The Savoy, was named winner of the 2025 Chaîne des Rôtisseurs GB Young Chef Competition in London, triumphing in his second time competing. Born in Goa and raised in London, the 26-year-old chef impressed the judges with his bold, globally inspired dishes and refined technique.
