Anton’sAnton Edelmann’s new Restaurant & Champagne Barn. Nestled in the picturesque village of Great Hallingbury, just a stone’s throw from Bishop’s Stortford and a convenient five minute drive from Stansted Airport, this classic Tudor-style Manor Hotel is currently undergoing a million pound refurbishment programme and once finished will offer a selection of suites, deluxe and standard bedrooms.
