You might remember Tal Sunderland -Cohen from our Christmas party last year. He is a wine consultant, writer, and educator with extensive knowledge of wine-tasting and wine-making concepts.
Tal is a member of The Circle of Wine Writers and will be hosting four sessions for the Jeune Chaine to teach us how to describe and savour wines, choose the perfect bottle in any setting and more.
This is an ideal opportunity to share the experience with friends and enjoy a relaxing social setting.
