Festive Dinner at Pennyhill Park Hotel
We would love you to join us at the fabulous Five-Star Penny Hill Park Hotel where The Teams, from Front of House to Kitchen Brigade, are pulling out all the stops to make our evening as enjoyable as possible.
A menu has been compiled for us, along with a flight of wines specially selected, dishes designed for our event and when one reads of The Team’s combined accomplishments we are indeed most fortunate.
The Library is our venue again - a beautiful classically appointed room with a fireplace and elegant but comfortable atmosphere - just perfect for a December evening.
The evening will commence with a Sabrage, in the Library, and our welcome drink will be champagne. Dinner will also be served in the Library.
Meet The Team: David Atkinson, Executive Head Chef: has had an illustrious career straddling many countries. We are indeed fortunate to have him land on our patch and to be heading up The Team for our function. He is delighted to be a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs, loves mentoring, and is also involved with the Toque d’Or. He has recently been joined by:-
Thomas Kirby, Senior Sous chef at Penny hill Park: After Westminster College, Thomas has spent much of his time in Scotland, latterly as Senior Sous chef at the Apex international in Edinburgh overseeing the 2 rosette Heights restaurant and maintaining the accolade for 3 consecutive years.
Sarah Frankland, Head Pastry Chef: Sarah enrolled at Westminster for her pastry apprenticeship and her first position was working under Michelin starred Angela Hartnett at The Connaught and was Head Pastry Chef for Yauatcha Soho. Fortunately for us has arrived as Head Pastry Chef at Penny Hill Park. She is designing another dessert for us and is excited about it, so that augurs well for a special Experience.
