Executive Head Chef and Maître Rôtisseur Chris Wheeler has worked hard to design a fantastic menu especially for Chaîne Chilterns members and their guests. Many will remember the fabulous meal he designed and cooked for us at the 2015 Grand Chapitre gala dinner.

Chris Wheeler is a familiar face on TV appearing on on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen, Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, and Hell’s Kitchen 2 and, most recently on BBC 2’s Great British Menu. He also makes regular appearances on radio with Capital FM and BBC Radio Berkshire.

Chris’s style of cooking is modern British food with a twist and exquisite signature dishes. Chaîne members and their guests are guaranteed an outstanding meal in exquisite surroundings and a perfect start to the seasonal party season!
