Shaun Dickens at the Boathouse Henley

Chaine Chilterns members were treated to some incredible culinary treats from Shaun Dickens and his team. The menu of torched salmon, pork and peanut butter dessert belied the stunning plates of food that were served. The wine pairings were a delight, especially the Canadian ice wine served with dessert, truly the epitome of how food and wine can be paired together.
