Wine dinner with Carlo Mondavi

Please join Carlo Mondavi of Sonoma Coast Domaine RAEN to discover one of the most ambitious young wine estates in California. Carlo and brother Dante focus on yielding aromatic, lifted Pinot Noir of finesse and elegance that can sit among Burgundy’s finest. They hail from one of the world’s most important wine families - grandfather Robert Mondavi founded Mondavi Winery and Opus One - yet are humble and strongly believe that nature and site should determine a wine’s character.
This four-course dinner will be held in the private room of London’s Les 110 de Taillevent, sister restaurant to Taillevent Paris, the iconic two-star Michelin restaurant. Head Chef Ross Bryans has designed a menu to complement Carlo’s wines and service will be led by Christopher Lecoufle, one of the most gifted and charming sommeliers in town. The dinner will be co-hosted by Tom Bird of Stannary Street wines, the UK importers of RAEN.
