Xavier, who came to England in 1991 “to learn the language”, has a CV that reads like a Who’s Who of the restaurant world, having worked with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, the Roux brothers, “French Leave” celebrity chef, John Burton-Race and also Sir Terence Conran. Forbury’s has a great following and this lunch is sure to be popular. Wine is one of Xavier’s passions and he has carefully chosen from list of 240 wines those that he feels perfectly match each course. Forbury’s has gained the AA’s Notable Wine List Award.
Forburys is one of our larger members so feel free to bring guests. We look forward to welcoming you and to a great lunch on World Chaine Day.
