A Degustation dinner on Saturday, 10 March 2018 at the 3 Rosette “La Belle Epoque” Restaurant at the Sofitel Heathrow, hosted by Chef Rôtisseur Mayur Nagale and his team, who have created a wonderfully inventive menu using ingredients from the Pacific Rim to inspire traditional European dishes.
