Exeter Cookery School, Cookery Demonstration and Lunch

We are delighted to invite you to our next event of 2017 to be held at the fabulous Exeter Cookery School with Jim & Lucy Fisher. Situated on the quay in Exeter, Jim & Lucy have created a stunning new cookery school in an old warehouse building that oozes character and charm. The lunch will start with a glass and a demo followed by a seasonally tasty menu and a glass of wine to complement each dish.

Starter: Chilli, Lime & Ginger Salcombe Crab with Avocado, Brown Meat Parfait, Tomato & Fennel Bisque
Main Course: Pipers Farm Magret de Canard Poêlé, Duck Confit Croquette, Ramsons Mash, Asparagus, Blood Orange Gel, Duck Sauce
