Dinner at Casson’s, Tangmere, nr Chichester, West Sussex

We return to an old favourite for the Chaine and many members. Most of you will know of Viv’s pedigree and have experienced her wonderful culinary creations. Originally from New Zealand you might have enjoyed her food when she owned 36 On The Quay at Emsworth in the 80’s before she “emigrated” to run a restaurant in France. Her food is prepared with great care and her presentation is outstanding. Husband Cass runs front of house with humour and contributes his knowledge and interest in wines.
Note; many restaurants claim to use local produce. Well you can see the Tinwood vineyard from Casson’s - you don’t get more local than that!
