Our annual opportunity to recognise young talent in the hospitality industry. The presentation of awards for the best young Chef and best Young Sommelier. This glittering evening will be held in the Orchard Room of London’s Dorchester Hotel as usual, courtesy of Managing Director, Maitre Hotelier Roland Fasel.
