Dinner at Marco’s, Chichester

This will be our first visit to Marco No1. Proprietor Marco has had considerable experience and gained a great reputation working for Nick Sutherland at The Royal Oak at Lavant, before setting up his own establishment some three years ago. He has also managed many local eateries including Trents, Woodies and The Halfway Bridge.
For this evening Marco has created the menu, and will be leading the kitchen to ensure we enjoy the menu to its fullest extent.
Food portions and wine quantities will be modest to avoid “overloading” us and the menu is more of a ”tasting” variety.
