Here is the Menu:-

AMUSE BOUCHE Kataifi pastry wrapped brie cheese with fig & pear dressing, roasted black sesame

STARTER Fish and Shellfish Platter Peri Peri freshwater black tiger prawn, salmon dill tikka, kasundi Dijon swordfish, with a trio of homemade fresh fruit preserves

MAIN COURSE Lamb fillet, pan-seared and spice-coated with smoked chipotle chilli crush, served with bone marrow peanut onion and leek gravy, fondant potatoes, a melange of sautéed vegetables and saffron rice

DESSERT Chez Mumtaj Dessert Plate Valrhona dark chocolate mousse, cardamom and cinnamon-infused dumpling, baklava, raspberry panacotta ice cream, and a mango coulis



New Zealand: Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough classic Sauvignon with characters of gooseberry and asparagus, and ripe melon, delicately balanced Argentina: Alamos Malbec Mendoza, rich, ripe Malbec, black fruit, spice, violets and chocolate all wrapped up with gloriously chewy tannins
