We are delighted to be returning to Willington Hall on the 27th of September 2013.

Diana Begbie and her team have prepared a superb menu for us, with wines to complement the food.

Previous dinners at Willington Hall have been superb and we have every confidence that this will be an excellent evening,

The cost of the dinner is £72, which includes reception drink and canapés.

  • Ham Hock- ham hock ballotine, pea mouse, crispy Quails egg and toasted brioche croute and a Sweet wine jelly.

  • Mud House Sauvignon Blanc Smoked Trout- Pan fried oak smoked trout from Severn and Wye Smokery with potato and leek Rosti and a tomato beurre blanc.

  • Ladoix, Le Clou D’Orge, Louis Jadot

  • Trio of Duck- trio of duck- breast, confit leg, Sautéed liver with kumquat marmalade and a five Spice red wine reduction. Trio of duck, breast confit leg which is rolled, and Pan fried liver-kumquat marmalade and a five Spice red wine reduction.

  • Cheese course Creamy Stilton, Brie and Smoked Applewood For a bit of variety

  • Assiette of Deserts Trio of French Apple Tart, Crème Caramel, and Brioche Bread and Butter topped with raspberries And glazed with sabayon.
