Classic Bouillabaisse with red mullet, mussels, clams and saffron potatoes

Roasted Fillet Of Wild Halibut placed on a Selsey crab risotto and finished with a lime beurre blanc

Paupiettes Of Lemon Sole served with a sauce Veronique

Warm Valrohna Chocolate Brownie with a white chocolate mousse and peanut butter ice cream
