Grand Diner at Manoir

Dinner at Le Manoir Quatre Saisons. A fantastic dinner, and one that a number of us had been looking forward to for some time. The evening started with a leisurely walk around the amazing grounds looking at some of the herbs, salads and vegetables we were about to eat later that evening. Before dinner we were treated to some exquisite canapes complemented by champagne. The weather was kind to us, given the earlier down-pour, so we were able to enjoy the terraced garden. We were joined at our sumptuous dinner, by a number of friends from different Bailliages, including Philip Evins our BD GB and his wife Janet , the Wessex Bailli. We had an international flavour with two guests coming from Vancouver and Moscow! Our evening was rounded up perfectly with Raymond taking time out of his busy schedule to greet guests during the dinner. This represented the Chaine at its best, with friends, fabulous food and wine enjoyed in a wonderful setting.
