We shall be circulating invitations to the 23rd November dinner earlier than usual in order to try and illicit firm bookings as soon as possible which will dictate if we can secure exclusive use of this country pub. Although the surroundings and atmosphere will be informal, the food will be anything but! It is owned and run by William and Emma Jack, son and daughter in law of our members Virginia and Allan. They have made a big impression locally since they opened at the start of the year and offer a unique dining experience. William will be cooking a course of our meal on the rotisserie which to my knowledge is a first for the Solent Bailliage. Rooms are available for overnight accommodation if desired.
