Grand Diner

April 15, 2011

The Worshipful Company of Innholders is the City Livery Company for restaurateurs and hoteliers, securing the Livery in their present title in 1473. As such, they are the closest to what the Chaine would have been, in Paris, before its suppression in 1793. The revived Chaine follows similar traditions and objectives to the Innholders, and we dine in their magnificent, seventeenth-century, panelled Hall by kind permission of their Master, Wardens and Court
