Grand Dinner

The outstanding Swinton Park establishment provides an ideal setting for our Grand Dinner. Executive Chef Simon Crannage, Chef Robert Taylor and Commis Chef Tom Spenceley are all Chaine members and are dedicated to maintaining the high standards of service and cuisine for which the hotel is noted. Robert and Tom are both winners of the GB Young Chef Competition and have represented Great Britain in international Chaine competitions. The hotel offers a delightful venue in which the culinary skills from the kitchen can find elegant expression. In addition to fine food and wine there is much to delight the visitor on the extensive family estate which surrounds the hotel.
